spaces between snowflakes fill
with silence between the tears
of soul chilling heartbreak
when the world boils down to words
that all seem so absurd
and all the vision fades from sight

Devasting is the only word that comes to mind to lose a youngster. Condolences on the young person’s passing, JP. I can’t hear that song without thinking of Eric’s lost child 😦

Thank you so much. No one should ever lose a child. It was all the more heartbreaking because he fought so hard all his life. He was diagnosed at 2.
