A Very Odd Mark
The rigid formality of the place suffocated her. It was too much like the stark formal walls of the asylum. An exceedingly odd place to find a mark but Solanj didn’t question. She waited behind one of the massive stone columns unwinding her bracelet.
She turned her face toward the column as the mark approached, he laid a hand on her shoulder asking “are you alright miss?”
With one swift movement Solanj turned and kneed him. He doubled over with a small gasp as she looped the silken cord of the bracelet around his neck and pulled. He died quietly.
